From the 1st point of contact with us, You will be assigned a case manager who will communicate throughout the process and ensure that you understand the process and know what is happening throughout.
Supervised
Our Supervision services consist of a fully trained Chaperone, who will be solely responsible for your child or children throughout the session, They will provide detailed reports after each session
Supported
Our Supported services are for less complex cases that do not require supervision but still require someone to assist -Detailed reports will only be provided if required or requested
3rd Party Service
Our 3rd Party services are designed for cases where hand overs cannot be acheived between adults etc, Our Chaperone would collect from A and drop to B then collect from B and return to A at the agreed times.
